Thursday 11th
Went this morning to L'pool to have my Photo taken. I had it taken in 3 different positions. It was so jolly. I could hardly keep from laughing. I called at Heathcock's on my way home and showed her my dress. She liked it very much. Harry Turner (from Fordsham) came in when I was having my likeness taken; to have his taken. I did not know him at first, for I have not seen him for 2 or 3 years. I was so surprised at meeting him there. He told me that Miss Ada was going in a "consumption" and that she had been very ill. I am so sorry. I went to Purdie's tonight. They say Wallie is coming home on a visit in April.
